The 2nd way of Life is somehow tough and dramatic. This one is full of hurdles and struggles. It needs proper planning and implementation as well at every point in time and age. As I believe that Diamonds are not found in polished stones. They are made. Like this to gain the hight in life or to be successful knowledge is needed and it is acquired by study. The level of study and the degree of practice leads to determine the degree of expertise in a particular area of planning and the height of achievements in life. 

Achieving a time-bound goal is like reaching safely at a distant location for which planning is the road map. Every individual should have a plan along with the road map at the age of twenty or by twenty-two for which one can take the help of parents, mentors, guides, or some friends who have the vision and the efficiency to help. Planing provides reference points on which to measure progress at all stages of life and the execution of the goals. Planning enables anticipation of possible hindrances or hurdles and helps one to take proactive steps. I do believe that "Good plans shape good decisions, that's why good planning helps to make elusive dreams come true".

The 2nd way is the best way to lead a successful life but it depends on you how you are looking into it and what are expectations from the life you have. Friends life is too short, as of only thirty years. To make it clear life is started with your struggles from the age of twenty only. So have the proper knowledge what ever field you are in, write down the concrete requirements of your life. Set an extensive and stretchable plan. Give all your best efforts daily till the goal is not achieved. It's a  teaser and an eye-opener for us.
