 are the greatest illusions of life, and the world is suffering and struggling with every instance. All these are omnipresent and one can not avoid all these at any point in life either in failure or in success. Here we will go with the first one and try to analyze the prospects for better clarity. The first one is stress. Stress is nothing but basically the body's response to something that makes us feel threatened or upsets us in some way. So stress in a limited amount is helpful to keep us focused and beyond a certain limit it is highly harmful because of the excessive production of cortisol and HPA suppression. To figure it out the characteristics are Changes in normal behavior, sudden mood swings, overwhelmedness, irritability dizziness, procrastination, depression, anxiety, socially aloof or isolation, and frustration are obvious with everyone. To limelight again lethargy, increased heart rate, muscle cramps, Gastrointestinal irritation, GI symptoms, insomnia, hand trembles, and lack of sexual desire are some of the symptoms of increased stress level. Crores of articles research papers and books are there. Here we will make things simple and easier and try to find some solutions.

Academic stress:-From the age group of  10 years it can continue up to the age of 25 years as it is the time of study and all the topics related to study like seats, examinations, Marks, seats, grades, extracurricular activities, bullying, create some sort of stress from the early times as of competition.

Social stress:-From the age of 14 the impact of social stress starts and ends with the last breath. It includes everything in it as humans are social animals and it's the era of social media. The search for identity is the foremost concern. 

Financial stress:-From the age of 22 financial stress affects the human being as the important question is to be or not to be the psychological dilemma and it ends with the last breath. Here at this point in time Threats, Frustration and pressure play a very vital role. Threats like losing a job, loss in business, losing temper, getting into fights, not achieving expected growth, and competition are some examples. Frustration due to negative circumstances, things we do not like or expected, discouraging people, no growth, and failure are examples. The pressure of achieving the target, making a profit, the pressure of survival, managing the designation, elevation, maintaining relations, and performance are the important ones.

Stress due to health:-Health is the basis of a peaceful life. After the age of 40, it creates a lot of pressure if numbers are not in control.

Stress due to conflicts:-All of us are different from each other, we think differently, we have different opinions, we have different wavelengths, different behavior, and reactions and sometimes after the age of 50, it creates a lot of stress due to uniqueness.

Stress due to the past:-Past is meaningless and the future is uncertain, we know very well but we fail to implement it in the time of need. This is another reason for increased stress levels.

  • Medications and care with precautionary measures are highly recommended.
