Heart Attack is one of the very common diseases in today's scenario. As we all know it as a lifestyle disease. Stress, High blood pressure, Alcohol, Lack of physical exercise and high cholesterol diet intake lead to poor heart health. Diseases like Diabetes, Fatty liver disease, high blood pressure, imbalance in the numbers of lipids increases the chance of occurrence.
Hundreds of articles have been published along with thousands of campaigns by the center and state and the world but the result are not just matching the expectations. For an instance,


Krishnakumar Kunnath 'KK', one of the finest singers and legends, today at the age of 53, suddenly left his fans stunned and became forever silent when he was performing on stage at a live event in Kolkata.  While doing his most favorite thing i.e. singing songs, he breathed his last, thinking about the same thing his fans can feel a little relieved.  KK is survived by his wife and two young children in the family.  I think like other celebrities, they must have taken healthy breakfast today, daily exercise, yoga or gym workout.  Business meetings will be held with few people.  For today's event he have arrived on stage ready to give a memorable high energy performance.  The schedules for the next few months must have been predetermined in his schedule.  The life of a handsome fifty-three year old celebrity might have been busier than I can imagine.


Similarly, on September 2, 2021, the death of 40-year-old perfectly fit actor Siddharth Shukla due to heart attack also left the audience stunned.  He complained of mild chest pain to his mother in the middle of the night and was declared brought dead on being taken to the hospital.


Kannada film superstar and noted philanthropist Puneeth Rajkumar, 46, died of a sudden cardiac arrest on October 26 in Bengaluru while he was working out at the gym as usual.  He is so deeply engrossed in the hearts of Kannada fans that even nine months after his death, every street, every square, from golgappa sellers to big showrooms, have put up huge posters in his tribute.

All these three celebrities must have tried everything possible in their lives so that they can live a long and healthy, successful life with their families.  Undoubtedly, all of them must have been following a disciplined life through all efforts from diet to exercise, etc.  Still some 53, some 46 and some 40 years all the wealth earned by running very fast, taking so much stress, all the splendor earned by fighting in tricks had to leave all of a sudden.  It is not that he did any mistake by running around all his life.  It only hurts that these dear-2 people could not even tell their loved ones that now I am walking, take care of yourself.  While leaving, could not hug his children to the chest, could not give them the last pappis.  He did not remain ill for two or four days that if he had any realization, then he would have told something of his mind for the last time to mother, father, wife, friends.


Till a few years ago, when I saw my elders go on their last journey, I remember them comfortably assisting us with their hands on our heads, listening to the sixteenth chapter of the Gita and breathing their last peacefully.  Which girdle is to be given to which granddaughter and which gulband to which daughter-in-law, with great satisfaction I saw my grandmother telling me on her deathbed.  Even the resolution of cow donation used to be taken out of consciousness.  Nowadays the pattern of death has changed.  Now death does not give an opportunity to hear and narrate the sixteenth chapter of the Gita.  Now the son-daughter-in-law, friend, while laughing and chatting with friends, the means of going is not seen being fulfilled.  Many people are going so young that the pleasures and duties of daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandson, grandchildren have become a daydream.

There is only one request.  Don't get separated from anyone.  Don't make anyone sleepless.  Don't feel proud by insulting someone.  Do not put pressure on someone by pressing on someone, taking advantage of someone's situation.  Maybe as long as we realize our mistake, the one against whom we have sinned, if we say goodbye to this world, then to whom will we forgive our sins, to whom will we apologize.  Let us keep our mind open.  Don't take small things to heart.  Of course, do not get hurt and deceived by anyone, but do not become so tight-minded that even those who come in contact with us yearn to hear from us two words of love.  In a taut eyebrow, even our last pictures will not be beautiful.Just follow some guidelines:-

Symptoms 

1. Pain or discomfort in chest region,    hand,neck or jaw.

2. Gastric pain is different its for a very limited period of time. If you have continues discomfort kindly visit a cardiologist immediately. 

3. Excessive sweating may be the             symptoms of a heart attack. 

4. Pain or discomfort in chest region and abdominal area with improper  digestion.

5. Any history of heart attack before in family. 

6. If you love fast food, Non vegetarian foods, spicy foods, improper diet, improper routine.

7. If you have higher Uric acid levels.

8. Abnormal Heart Beats.

9. Blurred vision, numbness, continuous muscle cramps, and weakness. 

10. Angina, breathelessness or emphysema at hard work or running or walking.

Precautions 

1. Kindly have a follow up today only with a cardiologist, follow the reports and advices, because you are precious for your family. 

2. If you are suffering with BP, Diabetes or any other diseases have a quarter routine check up.

3. Leave the habits Alcohol, Cigarettes and if any other. 

4. If you are exhausted take a break and work on your health. 

5. Exercise, Yoga, Running, swimming, gardening, house hold works, workouts, dancing or zoomba or any other can help a lot.

6. Avoid stress by adding some spirituality, Kindness and humanitarian principles to life.

7. Make a proper routine of diet, exercise and sleep patterns. 

8. Avoid Mobile phones and television shows. 

9. Stay connected with your family, friends, Grandparents and kids as you are earning money for them and for their future. 

10. Keep in mind life is too short and wealthfullness is immaterial for your internal peace.
